The Results

What is DISC?

DISC is a unique type of personality assessment. It helps figure out how you behave and communicate in a variety of ways. Knowing your own tendencies—and the tendencies of those you work with—can help you to be more productive when you are working with others.

How Do We Use DISC?

Currently, we are focused on in-person training sessions to equip small teams with tools to apply their DISC assessment knowledge. We follow this up with periodic check-ins and reviews to make sure the tools are being applied and used effectively. Our goal is to teach and equip.

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”
